Help us fight hunger in Northwest Ohio!
Out of consideration for the health and safety of our community, The Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank’s 23rd Annual Harvest of Thanks will be hosted as a virtual campaign this year. Funds raised through this campaign will help ensure families across Northwestern Ohio have a hot, nutritious holiday meal. With inflation continuing to climb, the cost of food has increased 10%, according to the Labor Department. It’s critical that our shelves are not bare, as more and more families have turned to the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank for help. On average, we distribute about 400,000 pounds of product each month; sadly, this year we’ve seen a 29% decrease in retail donations. Your gift will provide nutritious food to people who turn to us for help: working families who must choose between paying utility bills and buying food; senior citizens trying to make ends meet; people facing extended illness; and the homeless struggling just to survive.
